Alpine Truss Pty Ltd

Extension & Renovation - Wangaratta

Alpine Truss Pty Ltd is a large manufacturing plant with large staff numbers, both in their two factories as well as the office structure. This major extension/renovation more than doubled their existing office space, with the construction of office space out into the existing factory as well as adding a second storey to this area.

A new large reception and waiting room area welcomes visitors and clients through the new automated sliding door, with timber plank ceramic tiles leading them down the glass hallway to the office areas. A large partitioned detailers & schedulers  office was formed using low line timber walls with glass partitions on top to allow the light from outside to still filter into these areas while keeping the noise out.

A new managers office and accounts office were formed with an open air feel and a second toilet and shower room where built out of an existing production office, with new pipework being trenched from an adjoining toilet area.

Upstairs boasts a large board room with a glass window looking out over the truss production area, adding an observation area for guests and clients. A large staff room with kitchenette is adjacent to this upstairs space. A new production office and store room was constructed downstairs with direct access to the truss factory allowing quick access for the production team to access without disrupting the office.

Wangaratta Dental Clinic

Renovations - Wangaratta

Upstairs in an existing old building adjacent to the main street, this project had many challengers that we worked around thanks to our crew of subcontractors and staff – this whole make over happened in 2 weeks, as the clinic shut its doors for us to be able to access rooms.

The second challange was access to the second floor, up an old narrow staircase where the clinic is positioned.  Removal of existing joinery, dental machinery and carpet was undertaken, before a full paint through, new joinery, new electrical, new vinyl flooring were all installed under this tight schedule.

This once dull and impersonal clinic is now a welcoming bright area that patients can now feel comfortable.

Killawarra Community Room

New Construction - Killawarra

Killawarra Community Centre was a Rural City of Wangaratta and CFA funded building that is adjacent to the Killawarra Fire Station. The design is a simple structure that serves a huge benefit to the Killawarra community. A raft concrete slab , Colourbond cladding and roofing , Vinyl flooring , aluminium sliding doors and windows and spit units were a cost effective alternative . A small office inside adjoining the main room , a small kitchenette  and a toilet room accessed  from outside allows this building to be used by both the community as well as emergency services in events.
